Completions Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Completions Engineer to support a multi-well development program in Western Canada. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing completion operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute completion programs for horizontal oil and gas wells.
• Design completion strategies including hydraulic fracturing, plug-and-perf, and multistage stimulation operations.
• Coordinate with drilling, production, geology, and field operations teams to ensure successful well execution.
• Manage service providers, contractors, and equipment requirements throughout completion operations.
• Monitor daily field activities and provide technical support during completion execution.
• Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all completion activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards.
• Prepare post-job reports, lessons learned, and operational summaries.
