NES Fircroft are partnered with a leading underground mining and processing operation in search of Condition Monitoring Technicians, where you'll play a critical role in improving equipment reliability and reducing unplanned downtime. Working across a large-scale processing plant and mobile mining assets, you'll use advanced condition monitoring techniques to identify potential failures before they impact production.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include vibration analysis, oil sampling, thermography, and ultrasonic inspections across a range of critical equipment, including crushers, mills, pumps, conveyors, and underground machinery.

About You 
  • Mechanical Fitter trade qualification or equivalent
  • Experience within mining, minerals processing, or heavy industrial maintenance environments
  • Proven capability in vibration analysis, oil analysis, and thermography
  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment and predictive maintenance strategies
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a site-based environment
  • Experience within metalliferous mining operations
  • Familiarity with SAP or other CMMS platforms
  • Exposure to grinding, flotation, or mineral processing plant equipment
