Owner's Construction Completions Engineer
Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Must have right to work in Belgium! 

Role Summary
Owner-side field role responsible for driving the completions process from construction execution and QC inspection through punch clearance, Mechanical Completion (MC) and system handover to Commissioning.
The engineer will provide strong field leadership and coordinate closely with Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, Commissioning and EPC contractors to ensure systems are completed, inspected, documented and handed over in accordance with project requirements and schedule.

Role Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in construction completions on major oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, refining or process projects.
  • Strong Owner/EPCM/EPC experience, preferably with previous Owner-side exposure.
  • Proven greenfield experience taking systems from construction through QC, punch clearance and MC to commissioning handover.
  • Good multidisciplinary knowledge covering mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and associated construction activities.
  • Strong understanding of systemisation, MC certification, punch management, turnover dossiers and commissioning interfaces.
  • Experience with completions systems such as WinPCS, GoCompletions, ICAPS or equivalent desirable.
