The Opportunity As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for driving all construction-related activities, providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring contractors deliver work safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage all construction activities across Package 1.
  • Promote and strengthen a strong HSE culture, ensuring safety remains the top priority on site.
  • Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and site management procedures.
  • Drive schedule performance by identifying risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
  • Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, construction sequences, and execution strategies.
  • Oversee contractors' construction engineering, field planning, coordination, and execution activities.
  • Ensure effective management of testing and pre-commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, commissioning, operations, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
  • Manage site interfaces, change management processes, and construction-related contractual matters.
  • Monitor project performance in terms of safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Facilitate constructability reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure complete and accurate project documentation, including final handover and As-Built dossiers.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a Construction Manager position within large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong expertise in construction execution and erection activities.
  • Significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
  • Previous Middle East project experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety standards and environmental requirements.
  • Experience working within EPC organizations, integrated project teams, and joint venture environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.
  • Fluent English required.
