Role purpose
Supervise and coordinate civil/structural/infrastructure construction activities on major projects (including high-rise towers in a marine environment), ensuring delivery to schedule, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Supervise and coordinate civil/structural/infrastructure construction activities on major projects (including high-rise towers in a marine environment), ensuring delivery to schedule, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Minimum requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 10+ years construction supervision experience on mega projects, specifically high-rise towers
- Knowledge of onshore oil & gas project requirements and relevant local/international codes & standards
- Strong ability to review IFC/design/shop drawings and related calculations
- Good English communication, reporting, planning, and team leadership skills
- Monitor daily site activities; ensure compliance with PTW, approved method statements, JHA/RA, and site instructions.
- Identify risks and implement risk reduction measures across construction phases.
- Coordinate interfaces between civil/structural/infrastructure and other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
- Track progress vs schedule; escalate slippages and propose recovery actions.
- Lead contractor coordination: site meetings, issue resolution, and safety alignment to meet project safety goals.
- Conduct inspections/surveys; support technical guidance to contractors and close-out readiness.
- Ensure compliance with project safety plans and environmental regulations.
- Support/coordinate incident and accident investigations.
- Prepare/verify daily and weekly progress reports and validate contractor progress claims.
