NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for a Content Migration Specialist for our client, who are a national leader in energy transmission.

Location: Brussels
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in office
Contract Position: Freelance
Duration: 14 months

Service Description
As a Content Migration Specialist, the consultant will be responsible for migrating and implementing content into the new CMS for the company's corporate website. The consultant will ensure content is correctly structured, consistent, and ready for publication.

The consultant will work closely with the digital communication team, business stakeholders, and project team to guarantee timely delivery of content and support a smooth website launch.

Mission Tasks
  • Migrate and implement content into the new CMS (news, publications, pages, etc.)
  • Structure and format content according to the new website architecture and templates
  • Review content quality, consistency, and completeness
  • Ensure correct use of metadata, tagging, and page structure
  • Coordinate and follow up, together with the project manager, on the content delivery plan from stakeholders and ensure deadlines are respected
  • Identify risks (missing or delayed content) and proactively follow up
  • Provide feedback on CMS usage and content workflows to improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
  • Availability to work mostly on site in Brussels is preferred.
  • Experience with content management and working in a CMS (preferably Sitecore).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
  • Affinity with digital communication and web content.
