Contingent Service Representative

Seeking a hands-on Contingent Service Representative to support water treatment and disinfection systems for data center customers. This field-based role combines technical service, customer support, and sustainability initiatives while working independently at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field testing, inspections, basic troubleshooting, and chemistry testing.
• Record, analyze, and report operating data.
• Manage product inventory at customer locations.
• Provide routine technical support and service to customers.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote best practices.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in water treatment, industrial, or mechanical environments.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals.
• Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as required.
