For our Client, global manufacturing company, we are currently recruiting for the position:

Customer Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities
  • Close cooperation with the clients and representing the company in front of the client (audits, visits, teleconferences, technical support)
  • Handling of customer complaints (8D)
  • Keeping databases and preparing statistics on the complaint process
  • Conducting key defect analyzes and reporting the results
  • Solving current quality and operational problems
  • Supervision of quality costs
  • Solving quality problems in the production process and in the finished product
  • Assessment and supervision of the approving process of production parts for PPAP/PPA production
  • Creation and modification of control plans
  • Development and supervision of quality documentation in the process
  • Participation in internal and external audits, including customer audits on ongoing projects
  • Conducting corrective and preventive actions after internal audits, customer audits and complaints

Our requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of quality management in a production plant (experience in the automotive or electronics industry is welcome)
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of the quality requirements of the automotive industry and OEM customers
  • Practical knowledge of tools: Control Plan, Flow Diagram, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D, 5Why
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent work organization and problem solving skills
  • The ability to conduct audits (is welcome)
