Customer Quality Engineer
Your responsibilities
- Close cooperation with the clients and representing the company in front of the client (audits, visits, teleconferences, technical support)
- Handling of customer complaints (8D)
- Keeping databases and preparing statistics on the complaint process
- Conducting key defect analyzes and reporting the results
- Solving current quality and operational problems
- Supervision of quality costs
- Solving quality problems in the production process and in the finished product
- Assessment and supervision of the approving process of production parts for PPAP/PPA production
- Creation and modification of control plans
- Development and supervision of quality documentation in the process
- Participation in internal and external audits, including customer audits on ongoing projects
- Conducting corrective and preventive actions after internal audits, customer audits and complaints
Our requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of quality management in a production plant (experience in the automotive or electronics industry is welcome)
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of the quality requirements of the automotive industry and OEM customers
- Practical knowledge of tools: Control Plan, Flow Diagram, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D, 5Why
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent work organization and problem solving skills
- The ability to conduct audits (is welcome)
