Digital Programme Manager - Industrial Digital Transformation – 12 Months Contract – Saudi Arabia
5 Days on site per week
Required - 10+ years of experience in Programme Management, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, or Industrial Technology. Role Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager to lead the strategy, governance, & execution of large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a complex industrial environment. Digital Programme Manager will drive the deployment of integrated information systems & digital solutions across engineering, manufacturing, & corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives & operational excellence goals.
This role requires a strong combination of digital leadership, programme management expertise, stakeholder engagement, & industrial domain knowledge to deliver high-value transformation programs in a multicultural & multi-stakeholder environment.
Digital Programme Manager Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Transformation
Define & execute the Information Systems (IS) & Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy & operational objectives.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve operational performance, efficiency, & decision-making.
Drive the adoption of digital capabilities across manufacturing, engineering, HSSE, finance, supply chain, & corporate functions.
Programme Leadership
Lead large-scale digital transformation programs from strategy through delivery & benefits realization. Establish robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, & performance metrics. Manage multiple projects & workstreams within a complex program environment. Ensure timely delivery of program milestones while maintaining quality, budget, & business value targets. Technology & Systems Integration. Oversee deployment & integration of enterprise information systems, ERP solutions, & digital platforms.
Drive implementation of:
Master Data Management (MDM). Data Analytics & Business Intelligence. Digital Twins. Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Mobility Solutions. Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics. Ensure interoperability between operational & corporate systems. Stakeholder Management. Coordinate & align local business teams, corporate functions, technology partners, & external vendors. Facilitate collaboration across Information Systems, Digital, Engineering, Manufacturing, & Business functions. Build strong relationships with executive leadership & key stakeholders to drive engagement & program success. Budget & Contract Management. Manage significant transformation budgets & ensure effective financial governance. Oversee vendor management, procurement activities, & contract negotiations. Monitor program financial performance & optimize investment returns. Change Management. Lead organizational change initiatives required to embed new technologies & ways of working. Support user adoption through communication, training, & stakeholder engagement strategies. Drive a culture of continuous improvement & digital innovation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
