Project: Ionway (BMS, )
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all project documentation and correspondence for the Ionway project. The role ensures accurate document flow between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, while maintaining compliance with project procedures and document management systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, and Coreworx. The Document Controller is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all project documentation and correspondence for the Ionway project. The role ensures accurate document flow between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, while maintaining compliance with project procedures and document management systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, and Coreworx. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of project documents (creation, submission, tracking, archiving).
- Maintain document flow between designers, client, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Maintain correspondence registers for client and subcontractors.
- Organize and manage contracts documentation in SharePoint.
- Submit and track documents via Coreworx.
- Support RFI and constraints tracking via Aconex.
- Ensure accurate document storage and version control in SharePoint.
- Maintain trackers (RFI, constraints, document submissions, correspondence).
- Distribute reviewed documentation to stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication and maintain contact matrices.
- Experience in document control in engineering or construction projects.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar systems
- Understanding of document control processes and workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple document streams.
- English – fluent in speaking
