We are seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to support an upcoming drilling campaign with ADNOC Sour Gas (ASG) in Abu Dhabi.

Contract Details:
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
- Contract Duration: Approximately 12-18 months
- Mobilization: Early to mid-October
- Competitive day rate including all applicable benefits and allowances.
- Candidates with prior ADNOC Sour Gas campaign experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on site.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies, well programs, and operational procedures.
- Monitor contractor performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage drilling activities, reporting, and troubleshooting during well construction.
- Ensure safe execution of drilling programs and compliance with ADNOC requirements.
- Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor in onshore/offshore drilling operations.
- Previous experience working on ADNOC Sour Gas campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, HSE standards, and contractor management.
- Valid well control certification and relevant industry qualifications.
- Ability to work on a 28/28 rotational schedule.
