On behalf of our international energy client, one of the leading players in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will play a key role in supporting the performance, reliability, and long-term integrity of critical power infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for electrical systems and equipment.
- Investigate electrical faults, disturbances, and operational issues.
- Support engineering modifications, upgrades, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assess asset condition and recommend actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology suppliers, contractors, and operational teams.
- Contribute to lifecycle management and long-term asset performance strategies.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Experience gained within an engineering, design, utility, or power generation environment.
- Good understanding of MV/HV systems and equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in technical troubleshooting.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Experience with power cables, including design, installation, testing, diagnostics, or operation.
- Knowledge of asset management, reliability engineering, or lifecycle management principles.
