What is the primary function of this role?
A. Manage & control projects to achieve on time delivery and invoicing, billing plan and contract requirements.
B. Manage & control project cost to meet or improve project base line.
C. Plan, organize and oversee Service Engineers / Sub-Contractors at site implementation according to contract scope requirements
D. Manage test scripts of FAT and SAT within product line capability and customer expectation.
Job Responsibilities
A. Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to contract requirements
B. Schedule and attend project discussions/meeting per project requirements
C. Cost control to ensure meeting project budget provision.
D. Attend project issues, meeting and work with factories / FAE to develop resolution/strategy for resolving issues effectively.
E. Support contract administration works (raising purchase request, provide sales forecast, tracking billing milestone, O&M submission)
F. Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
G. Manage sub-contractor / service partners work schedule and quality of work.
H. Support and coorindate with Eaton service team / sub-contractor / service partners for site activities and SAT
I. Promote and conduct ethical behavior with customers and sub-contractors/service partners.
J. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
Qualifications
Education level required Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline Years
Area of experience required At least 2 years of project management experience and be able to hands on in some urgent requirement ( CAD , Trouble Shooting )
Good technical knowleddge in Data Center Solution, PTU is preferable
Good communication skill
