Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in electrical maintenance, fault finding, inspections and continuous improvement activities across a technically advanced operation.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate dependent on experience
- Super on all hours
- 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth
- 12-hour shifts with consistent rostered work
- Fortnightly pay via NES Fircroft's online payroll system
- Opportunity for long-term contract extension

- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Experience in fixed plant, process plant, mining, heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding capability across electrical equipment, motors, MCCs, control systems and instrumentation
- Experience working safely under permit, isolation and maintenance systems
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and safety-focused approach
The Job Role As part of a specialist maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and inspections on fixed plant equipment and associated electrical systems
- Troubleshooting faults across motors, MCCs, instrumentation, control systems and plant equipment
- Supporting plant reliability through planned maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participating in daily safety meetings, risk assessments and permit-to-work processes
- Assisting in the safe operation and maintenance of critical processing infrastructure within a highly regulated environment
