About the Role As a Maintenance Technician (Electrician Maintenance I) you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment used in the pipe manufacturing process, helping ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment faults.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
- Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Keep supervisors and management informed of equipment status and repair progress.
- Take and prepare equipment oil samples for analysis to support preventative maintenance programs.
- Support on-call maintenance activities when required.
- Assist in designing and implementing equipment improvements and modifications.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and maintenance procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and respond to occasional call-outs.
