· Technical Skills:
o Comfort with performing standing work inside cleanroom environments and a strong preference for hands-on machine troubleshooting.
o Understand the customer's and our team member’s requirements.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or translation
o Equipment Start-up & Assembly: Handle onsite factory start-up, assembly, and fine adjustment of semiconductor manufacturing machines.
· Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
· Engineer should work on cleanroom environment.
· Translation & Interpretation: Translate documents, emails, tickets, and presentations from Mandarin to English and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and calls.
· Communication Bridge: Facilitate communication between departments (e.g. operations, customer service) to ensure project alignment.
· Customer/Client Support: Handle inquiries, disputes, or service requests from Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
