Schedule: 12.25-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (3 days on/3 days off, then 4 days on/4 days off
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Water Treatment Operations Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced ultrapure water systems. This role works closely with engineering teams and customer personnel to ensure equipment reliability, water quality, and safe operations.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, and maintain water treatment systems.
- Perform inspections to ensure equipment integrity and continuous system performance.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.
- Perform media replacement, flushing, and system restoration activities.
- Maintain compliance with all site safety requirements and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers, management, and customer teams to support operational goals.
- Associate degree in a technical field, military experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in operations, maintenance, field service, water treatment, or a related technical environment.
- Clean Driving Record
- No Criminal Record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Hands-on mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
