Position Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support industrial water treatment systems at a customer site. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a safety-focused mindset.

Position Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support industrial water treatment systems at a customer site. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a safety-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and service work at the customer site.
- Test industrial water systems, including pH, conductivity, hardness, and alkalinity.
- Troubleshoot pumps, chemical feed systems, boilers, and cooling towers.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot probes, analyzers, and field instrumentation.
- Handle and monitor chemical dosing systems safely.
- Maintain accurate service reports and records of technical issues and parts used.
- Respond to occasional emergency service calls, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Build strong relationships with customer personnel and provide professional on-site support.
- 2–4 years of relevant industrial/field service experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and basic instrumentation troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial water chemistry and water treatment equipment preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Roxana, IL.
