NES FIRCROFT are looking for numerous Field Supervisors (S26 appointed) to join a leading diversified resources company
4‑Month Contract (possible extension) | 8/6 Roster
You will be supporting multidisciplinary field project activities across Environment and Closure, Exploration and Hydrology.

4‑Month Contract (possible extension) | 8/6 Roster
You will be supporting multidisciplinary field project activities across Environment and Closure, Exploration and Hydrology.
The successful candidates will be required to supervise one or more of the following workstreams:
- Earthworks and rehabilitation activities
- Hydrogeological drilling programs
- Reverse Circulation (RC) exploration drilling
- Diamond drilling programs
- Champion a strong safety‑first culture and ensure adherence to the Safety Management System.
- Proactively identify, assess and manage risks across field activities.
- Ensure safe work procedures are understood, implemented, and continuously improved.
- Confirm all personnel hold appropriate training, tickets and competencies.
- Participate in safety meetings and actively contribute to improving HSE systems.
- Supervise and manage contractors, ensuring alignment with company standards and statutory obligations.
- Lead regular field meetings, monitor performance and ensure compliance with all operational requirements.
- Support Exploration team workflows, including sample management to meet quality and timing targets.
- Coordinate logistics, permitting and procurement needed to deliver exploration programs.
- Maintain an up-to-date training matrix to ensure competency and compliance of all field staff.
- Contribute to project plans, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting delivery of field objectives.
- Clearly communicate standards, provide feedback and correct work practices to maintain high‑quality execution.
- Valid C‑Class Driver’s Licence.
- S26 Appointment plus BSBWHS411 / RIIRIS402E units of competency.
- Solid experience as a Field Supervisor, ideally within exploration.
- Certificate III in Mineral Exploration with proven capability as a Field Supervisor.
- High Risk Work licence – Forklift.
- Provide First Aid (desirable – training can be arranged if required).
