We have a role open for the below opening
Role: Finance Manager
Industry: Oil & Gas
Location: Abu Dhabi
Assignment Duration: 6 Months 

• Organization and coordination of the company's administrative, accounting and financial services,
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and other applicable local statutory requirements, coordinating with external tax advisors where required.
• Management of tax deadlines, accounting closures and preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Management of quarterly accounting closures. Preparation and review of periodic financial reporting packages for Head Office.
• Management of company control and project cost control.
• Monitoring of cash flow, working capital and liquidity position of the Abu Dhabi Branch.
• Implementation of group administrative processes and related procedures, also through the development of requirements for their automation and digitalization.
• Ensure implementation and enforcement of internal control systems, segregation of duties and approval matrices.
• Support in the design and implementation of corporate governance systems and models.
• Act as primary finance point of contact with banks, external auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Supervision of the administrative, accounting and tax services of the foreign branches.

Education Bachelor economic university education. Experience Previous experience of at least 10 years in the administrative and financial area, with at least 3 to 5 years in leading positions with responsibility to manage a team   Mandatory Competencies

• Availability for any short-term trips to foreign offices is required.

• Fluent knowledge of the English language

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting tools and advanced Excel
