NES Fircroft is looking for experienced Wellsite Leader (WSL) / Wellsite Coordinator for our OFS client in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate wellsite operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of approved well programs.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, service providers, and field personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, risk assessments, and operational procedures.
- Monitor job progress, manage operational risks, minimize NPT, and maintain accurate daily reports.
- Ensure equipment and personnel readiness, effective communication, and achievement of operational performance targets.
