🌍 Rotation: 85% Onshore / 15% Offshore
🔄 Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF

We are seeking an experienced Head of SHES to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of major onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects. This role will be responsible for driving safety excellence, risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across large-scale EPC, installation, commissioning, startup, and handover activities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the development and implementation of SHES strategies aligned with corporate objectives and international best practices.
✅ Provide strategic SHES leadership throughout FEED, EPC, offshore installation, commissioning, startup, and project handover phases.
✅ Drive governance, KPI management, performance reviews, and accountability across multiple projects.
✅ Analyze portfolio-wide SHES performance and provide executive-level insights to support decision-making.
✅ Direct performance dashboards, executive reporting systems, and governance metrics.
✅ Champion Human Performance, Safety Leadership, and Safety Culture initiatives.
✅ Maintain integrated performance management frameworks utilizing KPIs, assurance findings, lessons learned, and predictive indicators.
✅ Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives through analytics, technology, and data-driven performance management.
✅ Oversee critical risk management programs including:
Education
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in:
✔ Minimum 10 years of SHES experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
✔ Minimum 2 years in a supervisory, leadership, or oversight role.
✔ Experience supporting Contractors, Service Companies, or Major Operators.
✔ Proven experience within large-scale operating organizations involving Projects, Operations, or Subsurface environments.
Technical Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of SHES management systems and industry standards.
✔ Experience managing high-risk project environments involving offshore and onshore operations.
✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
✔ Strong reporting, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical business applications.

✔ Minimum 10 years of SHES experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
