NES Fircroft are recruiting for a HR Administrator, to join our global O&G client based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.

This role will be ideal for an individual who either has previous work experience within a HR or general administration role, or is looking to start out their career within a busy HR Department & has a genuine interest in the Oil & Gas industry.

The role will be offered on a 12 month rolling PAYE contract basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support for shared mailboxes relating to recruitment, medicals and general HR, ensuring timely responses and effective communication
  • Process all expenses for onshore and offshore personnel, ensuring minimum turnaround period
  • Maintain the headcounts for both staff and contractor in respect of starters, leavers and amendments, assisting with the HR reports required by Corporate and additional UK offices
  • Maintain holiday records and associated paperwork for end of year accruals
  • Check, log and send document batches to their other office. Log returned documents and distribute
  • Arrange any ad-hoc travel required for personnel to attend medical appointments or training, within the corporate guidelines
  • Provide general administrative support to the Personal Logistics Team as and when required
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the HR Supervisor
