Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in industrial construction projects. Minimum 5 years in renewable energy or renewables projects. Proven experience on projects above 300 MW . Previous experience supporting WTG installation, heavy lifting operations, commissioning and energization activities is mandatory.
Act as the HSE authority on site. Develop project HSE plans, procedures and emergency response plans. Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements and international standards. Lead incident investigations, audits, inspections and safety campaigns. Monitor contractor performance and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
