We Are Hiring: Logistics Coordinator (FOC & Site Facilities)
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Logistics Coordinator (FOC & Site Facilities) to join a major Oil & Gas restoration project in Qatar.
The successful candidate will provide logistics, facilities, administrative, and coordination support to the project team while ensuring efficient office operations, staff mobilization, site facilities management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide administrative, technical, and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager and project team.
✅ Coordinate office mobilization, allocation, maintenance, and site facility requirements.
✅ Support staff mobilization plans, office allocations, site access, and permit arrangements.
✅ Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
✅ Maintain office policies, procedures, records, and inventory management systems.
✅ Coordinate office supplies, equipment, furniture, and facility-related services.
✅ Liaise with Operating Companies’, contractors, vendors, landlords, and service providers.
✅ Monitor office maintenance, repairs, health, safety, and compliance requirements.
✅ Coordinate vendor activities and monitor service performance and contract compliance.
✅ Serve as the first point of contact for office-related employee requests and support requirements.
✅ Work closely with project teams to resolve logistics and facilities-related issues and support project execution. Requirements
Education
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in:
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in a business-related function or discipline.
✔ Minimum 4 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
✔ Strong administration and office management experience.
✔ Experience coordinating facilities, logistics, mobilization, and contractor activities.
✔ Experience on large-scale projects is preferred.
✔ Experience working in Qatar, the Middle East, or Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) is highly desirable.
Skills
✔ Strong organizational and coordination skills.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
✔ Strong problem-solving and planning capabilities.
✔ Valid driving license is an advantage.
