NES Fircroft are seeking a Maintenance Execution Team Leader to provide leadership and direction for safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance activities within a critical production environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team ensuring the delivery of the asset maintenance plan, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance execution team to deliver planned maintenance and project activities.
- Ensure all maintenance work is executed safely and in full compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Projects, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate and integrate maintenance efforts.
- Oversee maintenance scheduling, prioritisation, and management of safety critical equipment.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships related to area maintenance activities.
- Drive reliability improvements and support failure investigations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance leadership, preferably with International Oil Companies.
- Technical degree or HNC in engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in multi-discipline maintenance team leadership and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably Maximo.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive approach with a bias for delivering results and continuous improvements.
