Context of the mission
This is a-part of a flagship renewable hydrogen project. It will be a large-scale next-generation renewable hydrogen production facility located in Maasvlakte, the Netherlands.
A large-scale hydrogen electrolyzer, with a capacity 10x higher than existing electrolyzers. Projectwill produce 23,000 tons of renewable and low-carbon hydrogen per year.
Projectis unique because of its unprecedented scale – the electrolyser has a capacity of no less than 200 MW – and because the project cleverly combines two different electrolysis technologies (PEM and Alkaline)

Objectives & Deliverables

you will :
- Reports directly to the site manager
- Is responsible of ensuring a proper Material management for all construction activities as per ALE specifications, project requirements and SAP material management system
- Develops before start of SMP activities the material management project procedure (including the definition of the use of AL E&C EUR material management on site)
- Is responsible to implement material identification management at site through the S/C SMP and E&I facilities
- Reviews the S/C procedure to manage the warehouse and to ensure that a good control will be kept on the material until the end of construction activities
- Is in contact with center leader in order to ensure the material delivery according to construction needs (including the coordination with scheduler and site supervisors)
- Is in contact with center leader to inform about material deliveries, inspections, issues found
- Is responsible to make the material handover (phase 1 and 2) to each S/C, performing complete quantitative and qualitative inspections
- Shall report any deviation found on material to center leader, through NCR system, and ensure the proper material replacement in order not to impact site activities
- Shall lead the use of SAP in order to continuously analyze the material available in prefab/at site, check the available workfront and inform the site manager
- Prepare and submit to the site manager a weekly materials status report
- Is responsaible of ensuring the proper management of start up spare part and 2 years spare part, from material site reception to mechanical completion date
- Is responsible ensuring the proper management of capital spares, from material site reception to client handover
- Inspection reports of all phase 1 & 2 (OSD reports)
- Copy of all NCRs issued
- copy of all SEWO issued
