About the Role
Working B2B with the lead Reliability Engineer, you'll assist with ongoing reliability activities for:
- Pumping systems
- Wastewater treatment plants
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
- Diesel distribution infrastructure
- Fire suppression systems
- Air conditioning units and minor maintenance
Your focus will be on embedding reliability processes into operations, mentoring frontline teams, and driving continuous improvement across these essential services.
Key Responsibilities
- Help lead reliability engineering initiatives across NPI assets.
- Work independently and confidently within established processes.
- Coach and mentor operations teams to instill reliability best practices.
- Collaborate with a senior engineer and site teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative strategies.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in mechanical reliability engineering, ideally within mining or heavy industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of NPI systems and fixed plant equipment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and influence operational teams.
- Experience with condition-based and calendar-based maintenance strategies.
