MPSV Superintendent We are seeking an experienced MPSV Superintendent to support offshore subsea intervention and construction operations on a rotational basis in Mozambique. This is a senior offshore leadership position responsible for the safe and efficient execution of subsea activities, vessel operations, contractor management, and coordination of multidisciplinary offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore operational activities including subsea interventions, ROV operations, heavy lifting, deck operations, and vessel deployment activities.
- Coordinate marine, logistics, survey, ROV, SPS, and specialist contractor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage offshore personnel and promote a strong safety culture, teamwork, and operational excellence onboard.
- Liaise with vessel management, onshore project teams, logistics bases, and technical specialists to optimise planning and execution.
- Review and approve installation procedures, transportation plans, lift plans, and operational documentation.
- Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with HSE standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Oversee contractor performance, vessel interfaces, logistics planning, and offshore operational reporting.
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent offshore supervisory experience.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore construction, installation, or subsea operations.
- Proven experience in offshore vessel management and supervisory positions.
- Strong background in subsea operations, marine activities, ROV intervention, and offshore construction campaigns.
- Experience managing contractors, logistics, offshore personnel, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Long-term opportunity supporting a major LNG development project offshore Mozambique.
