Key Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the wind energy sector and experienced in a supervisory, site leadership, technical specialist, or O&M-focused role.
  • Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of utility-scale wind power projects.
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine systems, operational performance, and asset reliability management.
  • Hands-on experience with SCADA, Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS), and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to analyze operational data, diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and drive performance improvements.
  • Experience managing OEMs, contractors, and maintenance service providers, with a focus on KPI and service quality monitoring.
  • Strong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices.
  • Good communication skills with professional working proficiency in English.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.
  • Solid background within wind turbine OEMs, renewable energy developers, IPPs, asset owners, or O&M service providers is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wind turbine electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Experience implementing preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
  • Valid GWO certifications 
  • Electrical Safety Certification is advantageous.
  • Site Management or Construction Site Leadership certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and optimize plant availability, reliability, and operational performance.
