We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee financial performance, production operations and business delivery for a well-established Sunshine Coast manufacturer. This is a hands-on leadership role offering genuine influence across operations, commercial performance and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations, production and delivery performance
- Drive cashflow management, budgeting and operational reporting
- Oversee manufacturing, production control and supply chain activities
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing team
- Support strategic growth initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Work closely with customers across mining and industrial sectors
- 7+ years' experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial operations leadership
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in cashflow, budgeting and financial oversight
- Background in production control, manufacturing or engineering operations
- Knowledge of valves, piping, water, power generation, automation, mining or related industries highly regarded
- Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and business performance
- Salary package up to $170,000 depending on experience
