Purpose of the role
The Project & Relations Lead supports the European Asset Management team in maintaining safe, profitable and well-governed operations while strengthening collaboration, communication and stakeholder engagement across the AM community.
The role acts as a central coordination point for plant company governance, supplier and farmer relations, board administration for companies with co-owners, employee engagement initiatives, selected HR-related processes and cross-functional projects.

Key responsibilities:

Plant company governance and board administration
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative processes related to board meetings in plant companies with co-owners, including annual planning, preparation of agendas, collection and distribution of materials, meeting logistics, minutes, follow-up actions and document management.
  • Ensure structured and professional support to plant company boards, board chairpersons, co-owners and internal representatives, enabling clear governance, transparency and timely decision-making.
  • Maintain overview of governance requirements, recurring deadlines and agreed actions across the relevant plant companies and ensure appropriate follow-up with stakeholders.
Relations and stakeholder management
  • Build, maintain and strengthen trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including farmer representatives, supplier associations, co-owners, Plant Managers, AMLT members, contractors and relevant support functions.
  • Act as a key interface between Asset Management and external stakeholder groups, ensuring expectations, concerns and feedback are captured, communicated and followed up in a structured and professional manner.
  • Support the annual meeting program for suppliers and Supplier Associations, with a strong focus on relationship building, stakeholder alignment and long-term collaboration.
  • Contribute to a positive and constructive cooperation culture across sites, functions and external partners by ensuring inclusive, timely and relevant communication.
Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive and coordinate relevant projects across the Asset Management group, ensuring progress, structure, stakeholder involvement and follow-up.
  • Support alignment across Asset Management, Supply Chain, Operations and relevant support functions by facilitating collaboration and ensuring clarity on roles, deliverables and timelines.
  • Create overview, structure and momentum in initiatives that require coordination across multiple stakeholders or locations.
Communication, employee engagement and AM community building
  • Support clear, inclusive and relevant communication across Asset Management to promote transparency, alignment and a shared sense of direction.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement and job satisfaction within the AM community, including Drivers Day, Safety Day for key contractors, WOW Logistic, the Driver Working Group and other activities that foster collaboration, recognition and belonging.
  • Support communication with external stakeholders where relevant, ensuring messages are professional, consistent and aligned with AM priorities.
HR-related leadership support
  • Support AMLT in larger HR-related processes, including the People Survey and Year-End Assessment Process, with focus on structure, visibility, involvement and follow-up.
