Mission Overview
Within the Project Engineering department, strict control and management of modifications are critical to the success and compliance of projects.
The Change Manager will work across the entire EMEA project portfolio. Acting as the key coordinator of the change management process, the consultant will ensure the smooth execution, traceability, and compliance of all project modifications. Within this matrix organization, the contractor will report functionally to the Project Engineer assigned to each project.
Main Objective The primary objective of this assignment is to manage and secure the entire lifecycle of Management of Change (MOC) requests through the client's internal tool, taking ownership from the initial identification of a change through to its formal closure.

Key Responsibilities MOC Process Management
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of all MOC requests within the dedicated internal tool.
- Ensure full traceability, compliance, and adherence to internal change management procedures.
- Engage and coordinate all relevant stakeholders, including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other project functions.
- Facilitate impact assessments and support decision-making related to proposed changes.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans associated with each modification.
- Ensure responsible parties complete assigned actions within agreed timelines.
- Verify that all required actions have been completed.
- Execute the official and documented closure of MOCs within the system.
- Provide regular status updates and visibility on MOC progress.
- Communicate risks, issues, and key milestones to Project Engineers and project teams.
- Proven experience in Change Management (Management of Change / MOC) within an engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or project-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Experience tracking action plans, risks, and project modifications.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
- Professional English required; experience in an international EMEA environment is highly desirable.
