Project Manager – Wind Turbine Installation & Service

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a leading wind turbine installation and service provider for an experienced Project Manager to successfully deliver projects across Europe.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working with international teams, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from handover and mobilisation through execution to successful completion.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Reporting on project progress and performance to management.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with company standards and HSEQ requirements.
• Supporting project teams and customers through site visits when required.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within construction, industrial, wind energy, or renewable energy projects.
• Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset and confidence in making decisions.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
• A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
