Project Manager | Major Brownfields Processing Project
South Perth / Southwest WA | 12-Month Initial Contract | Long-Term Opportunity

An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major brownfields upgrade project within a large-scale minerals processing operation.
This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from front-end studies through execution, commissioning, and handover, on a high-value growth project involving major plant upgrades and new processing infrastructure.

The Opportunity
  • Lead a significant brownfields capital project valued at approximately $150M.
  • Manage delivery from FEL3 through construction, commissioning, and project close-out.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.
  • Drive performance across safety, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
  • Ensure operational readiness, successful handover, and long-term project outcomes.
About You
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management.
  • 10+ years' experience delivering industrial or resource sector projects.
  • Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M+.
  • Strong experience across both study phases and project execution.
  • Background in minerals processing, chemical processing, refineries, or heavy industrial environments highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
