NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading provider of engineered and manufactured solutions for the energy and industrial markets to identify an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Corpus Christi, TX.

Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager to manage multiple projects from concept through planning, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working with piping systems and skid-based designs, with exposure to midstream, gas or liquids measurement, and API/AGA standards highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage manufacturing projects from conceptual development through completion and delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and execution plans to meet customer requirements and targeted profitability.
• Monitor contractual commitments to ensure work is performed in accordance with contract terms, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Review and approve bid tabulations for major purchase orders, contracts, and subcontracts in accordance with company procedures.
• Review invoices and applications for payment to verify accuracy and project completion percentages.
• Meet with customers to provide project status updates, communicate schedule and scope changes, and manage change control.
• Lead internal project meetings to coordinate project administration, engineering, material availability, manufacturing, construction activities, and issue resolution.
• Monitor material and equipment deliveries to ensure requirements are met in accordance with project commitments.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, change control forms, weekly and monthly projections, project status reports, and other required records.
• Identify and resolve project issues to maintain project schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.
• Ensure manufacturing and project activities are performed safely and effectively in accordance with company EHS policies.
• Complete project closeout activities and facilitate post-project reviews to ensure all required documentation is completed and lessons learned are captured.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, engineered equipment, process equipment, midstream, energy, or a related industrial environment.
• Experience managing projects involving piping systems, skid-based equipment, or packaged systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, ideally across varying scopes and project sizes.
• Experience with project scoping and estimating, cost and schedule control, design and construction management, procurement, resource planning, and project execution.
• Working knowledge of API and/or AGA standards.
• Experience with gas or liquids measurement is preferred.
• Midstream industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, reliability, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Projects or other project management tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and customer teams.
