An international engineering and project delivery organisation is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple data centre construction programmes across Spain. This is a contract role due to varied project durations and phased delivery schedules.
Role overview The Project Manager will lead day‑to‑day execution across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning workstreams. The position requires strong coordination skills, clear communication with client representatives, and the ability to maintain progress in fast‑moving environments.

Key responsibilities
- Project delivery — Manage construction and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with programme milestones.
- Stakeholder management — Maintain communication with client teams, contractors, and internal disciplines.
- Risk and issue control — Identify risks, track issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Contractor supervision — Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Progress reporting — Provide weekly updates on schedule, cost, and resource utilisation.
- Experience delivering large‑scale technical or industrial projects, ideally data centres or critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of MEP, CSA, and commissioning workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain clarity under pressure.
- Fluent English; Spanish language skills advantageous.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis across projects with differing durations.
