We are currently recruiting a PTW Coordinator (nightshift) on an initial 12-month contract for a Global Oil & Gas EPC to assist on an exciting offshore HUC project in Western Australia.
These roles will be even time-rostered roles (3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, 12 hour days)

Deliverables:
- Prepare and provide on time suitable, appropriate and accurate Project PTW deliverables, as required in the contract, and approved by Project Management and the client
- Development and implementation of PTW system
- Ensure the efficient use and availability of the PTW system in the offshore environment
- Coordinate the approval process and issuance of permits
- Liaise with performing parties during the planning phase to complete permit reviews and ensure appropriate risk assessments
- Conduct site visits and spot-checks to ensure compliance with PTW procedures
- Coordinate and conduct routine PTW audits, and report findings
- Facilitate daily PTW coordination meetings and update the list of planned work activities
- Maintain records and hard copies of all PTW documentation as per policy
- Formal qualification in WHS or Engineering (degree / diploma /trade qualification) is desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in oil and gas operations and minimum 5 years’ experience and at least two relevant projects as a PTW coordinator.
- Proven experience in the management and coordination of Permit to work systems (both paper-based and electronic preferably)
- Experienced in the preparation of job cards and work packs preferably
- BOSIET & Offshore medical is required.
