QA/QC E&I Engineer
Location: Normandy, France

We are currently seeking a QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to support a major industrial project in Normandy.

We are currently seeking a QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to support a major industrial project in Normandy.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the QA/QC Manager and E&I Superintendent on site.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) installation activities.
- Conduct site inspections alongside construction supervision teams.
- Review, comment on, and approve contractors' quality documentation and construction quality files.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in contractor audits and quality assessments.
- Manage non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate QA/QC interfaces between disciplines, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate QA/QC reports and progress updates.
- Liaise with inspection bodies and local authorities when required.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in QA/QC within industrial, energy, oil & gas, chemical, or process plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Experience with E&I installation inspections and construction quality activities.
- Good understanding of industrial regulations and standards.
- ATEX experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Electrical authorization H0B0 minimum.
- Working at Height certification.
- ATEX qualification.
