QA/QC Engineer Facade/Construction (Hanoi/Binh Duong)

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, manage, and control all project quality documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project commencement to final handover and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to monitor and obtain approvals for materials, provide technical clarifications on material deviations, and identify suitable alternative materials when required.
  • Work closely with the Factory team to align product acceptance criteria and quality standards in accordance with the requirements of Supervising Consultants and Clients.
  • Monitor and ensure that all required quality documents are properly maintained and updated, including:
    • Material Approval Documents
    • Shop Drawings
    • Incoming Material Inspection Reports
    • Inspection Reports for finished products and modules delivered to site
    • Construction Daily Logs
    • Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports as required by the Client
  • Follow up and ensure project teams comply with all quality assurance and quality control procedures.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or other related technical disciplines.
Experience
  • Experienced in a Project QC, QA/QC, or Quality Engineer position.
  • Experience within the facade, aluminum and glass industry is not mandatory. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
  • Knowledge of construction quality inspection processes.
  • Experience inspecting construction materials and workmanship quality.
  • Good understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to use measurement and inspection equipment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide timely information to relevant stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
