Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Verify product characteristics using measurement and inspection equipment.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances in a timely manner.
- Support containment, root cause investigations, and corrective action activities.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality system requirements to ensure compliance.
- Participate in internal audits, process verification activities, and customer inspection events.
- Review quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and inspection data.
- Prepare and communicate quality trends, recurring issues, and performance results to supervisors and leadership teams.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and defect reduction.
- Ensure inspection and measurement equipment is properly used and maintained.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product reliability.
- 1+ years manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills and experience documenting inspection results.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- MS Office Suite

- High School Diploma or GED.
