Requisition Technician

Position Summary
The Requisition Technician supports refinery procurement activities by creating, processing, and tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders. This role works closely with maintenance, operations, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase requisitions using Coupa and SAP.
• Track purchase orders and material deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Verify cost codes, approvals, and purchasing information.
• Generate reports and track procurement data using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing support, or materials management within an industrial, refinery, manufacturing, or oil & gas environment.
• Experience with Coupa Procurement Software and SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
