🚨 Hiring: Senior Control Systems Engineer (OES) | Qatar
📍 Location: Ras Laffan / Doha, Qatar
📅 Contract Duration: Initial 2 Years (Extendable)
🔄 Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF (Single Status)
🕒 Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday | 8-10 Hours Per Day

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join the Operations Expansion & Start-Up Department (OES) within a leading LNG and Oil & Gas organization in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide advanced control systems engineering support ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
✅ Support and guide engineers in complex technical analyses, troubleshooting, and multidisciplinary engineering activities.
✅ Manage and administer control systems including:
  • DCS
  • SIS
  • PLC
  • User Access Control
  • OEM Service Contracts
  • Technical Advisories
  • Cybersecurity and Reliability Improvement Initiatives
✅ Lead and coordinate Management of Change (MOC), feasibility studies, and engineering projects.
✅ Participate in:
  • HAZOP Studies
  • SIL Assessments
  • Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
  • Reliability & Integrity Programs
✅ Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance on critical control system issues and deviations.
✅ Support Operations Readiness Plan (ORP) activities ensuring successful project handover and start-up.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
✔ Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, or EPC projects.
✔ Hands-on experience with:
  • Foxboro
  • Emerson
  • Honeywell
  • Triconex
  • CCC Systems
  • PLC Platforms
  • AMS
  • APC
  • PI Systems
✔ Strong knowledge of:
  • IEC Standards
  • ANSI/ISA Standards
  • API Recommended Practices
✔ Excellent communication skills in English.
✔ Proficiency in engineering software and digital tools.
