Senior Electrical Engineer FIFO | Processing Plant Environment | Long-Term Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support a large-scale processing operation, focusing on electrical maintenance engineering, reliability improvement, and project scoping.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with operations and maintenance teams to identify improvements, troubleshoot plant issues, and scope projects that improve reliability and throughput.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support a large-scale processing operation, focusing on electrical maintenance engineering, reliability improvement, and project scoping.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with operations and maintenance teams to identify improvements, troubleshoot plant issues, and scope projects that improve reliability and throughput.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for electrical assets across a fixed processing plant.
- Lead fault finding, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Scope and develop sustaining capital and improvement projects.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and project teams to deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior engineers where required.
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong background in maintenance engineering and project scoping.
- Experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industry, or similar environments.
- Exposure to HV/LV systems, VSDs, motors, switchgear, control systems, and plant electrical infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
