A global project delivery organisation is recruiting a Senior Manager to oversee programme‑level coordination across several data centre developments in Spain. This contract role supports multi‑phase builds with varying time lines and requires strategic oversight across Spain.
Role overview
The Senior Manager will provide operational leadership across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, commercial targets, and internal delivery standards. The role requires strong governance capability and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Programme leadership — Direct multi‑project coordination and ensure consistent delivery across phases.
- Commercial oversight — Support cost control, contract compliance, and change management.
- Strategic planning — Shape delivery strategies, resource plans, and sequencing for complex programmes.
- Team leadership — Mentor project teams and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
- Executive reporting — Provide structured updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and commercial performance.
- Extensive experience overseeing large‑scale technical or industrial programmes.
- Strong commercial awareness and governance capability.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.
- Fluent English; Spanish language skills beneficial.
- Comfortable working on a contract basis across projects with varied durations.
