NES Fircroft are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Package Manager to join a major long-term oil & gas project in Rotterdam.
You will join a leading international offshore energy and marine engineering company, specialising in deepwater floating production solutions and ocean infrastructure.
The role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of Process and Rotating Equipment packages, coordinating engineering, procurement, vendors and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
This is not a core engineering/design role. We are looking for someone with strong project and package management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Process and Rotating Equipment packages from engineering through to delivery.
- Manage schedules, budgets, milestones and project risks.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Manage vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor progress and drive actions to resolve issues and delays.
- Support commercial activities including change control and contractual matters.
- Report package progress and risks to project leadership.
About You
- 10+ years' experience in project engineering, project management or package management within oil & gas.
- Proven experience managing Process and/or Rotating Equipment packages.
- Experience within EPC/EPCI/EPCIC projects.
- Strong vendor, procurement, planning, cost and risk management experience.
- Previous work experience in Europe is essential.
- Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
