SHES Technical Manager (MP & NFPS)

Qualifications•Bachelors degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, orengineering.


Knowledge and/or Experience:
• 15 years’ experience in SHES in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 5years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, oroversight of service/vendor personnel.
• 3 years in fourth-line senior leadership or equivalent senior leadershiproles with National or International Oil & Gas Companies, or othermultinational corporations
• Leadership role, in the last five years, leading SHES management forworld class mega-projects across FEED and EPC phases, ensuring safe,timely, and compliant project delivery.

Technical and Business Skills•
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or ServiceCompanies.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations inOperations, Projects, Subsurface, at senior Leadership level.
• Recognized industry authority in SHES management systems andgovernance, with advanced knowledge of international standards, IOCstandards and the ability to translate them into Mega projectsorganization practices.
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional officeapplications and some technical applications


Job Purpose
• Responsible for ensuring all projects under the Major Projects and NFPS)groups employ and adhere to all SHES requirements, providing functionalleadership and consistency across all projects in HSE related activities such asprocedures, best practices, resources, lessons learned, incident management& investigation, worker welfare, etc.
• Will have functional oversight over all project activities and liaise withCorporate HSEQ and other adjacent SHES organizations (e.g., subsurface,operations, etc.)• Goal is to eliminate all incidents across MP projects
