Systems Specialist

Position: Systems Specialist - Asana
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Systems Specialist to manage and optimize the Asana platform, driving workflow automation, user adoption, reporting, and process improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Asana, including workflows, forms, automations, custom fields, and user access.
• Design, implement, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Asana and Power BI.
• Provide user training, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
• Ensure platform governance, data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency through effective workflow solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Asana Administrator, Systems Specialist, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and platform administration.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training capabilities.
• Asana certifications are an added advantage.
