The successful candidate will provide frontline technical support, maintain IT assets and systems, and contribute to the delivery of reliable and efficient technology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and end-user issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize ITSM tools for IT asset and inventory management, including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and procurement support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365 applications
- Active Directory (user account administration, permissions, password resets, and MFA)
- Basic networking environments
- Deliver remote and desk-side support through calls, Microsoft Teams, and remote-access tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, peripherals, and workstation hardware.
- Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to Tier 2 support teams in accordance with established procedures.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, deployments, patching, and implementation activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy of incident, request, and asset records within ITSM platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and support processes.
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Computer Information Systems
- Or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience supporting network infrastructure and IT operations.
- Experience with hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
- Working knowledge of:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Basic networking concepts
- Windows Server environments
- Understanding of data backup processes and cybersecurity best practices.
- Microsoft Certifications preferred.
- CompTIA Certifications preferred.
- CCNA certification would be considered an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
