Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee multi-year turnaround schedules and plans.
- Lead safety initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage vessel and tank remediation projects ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors to optimise work execution.
- Mentor local Iraqi nationals and support nationalisation policies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years industry experience, with 10+ in turnaround leadership.
- Strong background in brownfield maintenance and vessel/tank remediation.
- Proven leadership in multicultural, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and contractor oversight skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic turnaround plans.
